No programme needed. Sign in and start lifting. Add exercises as you go.

Log it

Any lift, any day, one tap a set. GymBot remembers every number, so last time is waiting in the box.

Evolve it

Your dashboard turns every set into patterns: what's moving, what's stalled, what you keep skipping.

Your AI trainer acts on them: it builds your programme, sets each session's targets and evolves the plan as you train.

Celebrate it

Every PR is called the moment you hit it: gold, fireworks and a voice to match. Pick an encouraging nerd or a trash-talking bro.

Getting started

Log your first set in a minute. The rest is optional.

1

Sign in with Google

Any Google account works. No waitlist, no passwords.

2

Start lifting

Start a workout and add exercises as you go: your own, or any of 1,600+ lifts in the library. Next time starts from your numbers.

Coming from another app? Import your history. Works best saved to your phone's home screen.

3

Follow a programme next step

When you want structure, load a programme. The logger lays out each day with today's targets and tells you which day is up next. Copy one from the marketplace, or have your AI design one for you.

4

Connect your AI trainer advanced

Your AI builds and evolves your programme from your real training, and fixes your log when something goes in wrong. Add this URL to your assistant and approve with the same Google account:

https://mcp.gymbot.club/mcp
Where it goes in Claude, ChatGPT or anything else
  • Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → name it Gym, paste the URL
  • ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → enable Developer mode → Create, name it Gym, paste the URL
  • Anything else: add it as a remote MCP server

Logged something wrong?

Tell your AI. It fixes the record.

🧹 Keeps your log straight

Logged the wrong day, or a set that never happened? Tell your AI what really happened. It shows you the fix and changes nothing until you say yes.

youyesterday was legs, not upper. I switched halfway
your AIThose sets match Lower A. Re-file the session as Lower A? Upper A goes back to up next.

Copy one, or publish your own.

🏪 A shelf of real programmes

Anyone can publish the programme they run. Copy one and it's yours: your exercises, your history, starting today. Your AI can change it like any other.

monUpper: bench, rows, pulldown
tueLower: squat, RDL, calves

🔔 And it keeps up to date

When the author publishes a new version, GymBot shows you what changed. Take it, keep both, or skip it.

v3swapped good mornings for RDLs
v2added a fourth set to the presses
@billy published v3. You're on v2. Update?

Nothing of yours is public unless you publish it. A published programme is the plan: days, exercises, sets and reps, under your username. Never anything you've logged. Your notes go with it only if you say so.

Your data

Who can see your training? You, the AI assistant if you connect one, and the people you choose to share with. The one person who runs GymBot can technically see it too. He can see when and how often you train, and undertakes not to look at what you lift. No trackers, no ads, nothing sold. Export everything or delete your account at any time.
